IN a move to address the growing demand for skilled professionals in the hospitality and tourism sectors, the Kerala Tourism Fraternity Social Welfare Cooperative Society (KTFC) has launched an ambitious skill training programme. The initiative, featuring the establishment of tourism finishing schools across the state, aims to bridge the existing gap in skilled manpower exacerbated by the global challenges posed by the post-Covid recovery in the tourism industry.
